Registration Info2007-2008 Individual Registration
If you are without a team, Total
Soccer will attempt to create a "house team" (a team comprised
of individual registrants) for most age groups. If
there is enough individual registrants that have signed
up, Total Soccer will create a team. If we are unable
to create a team, a full refund will be given. Please
note the dates and prices on our website. Registrations
are first-registered, first placed basis. If you
know of a parent who would like to coach a youth house
team, please let Total Soccer know. You can register
online at our registration page.
2007-2008 Team
Registration
Team Fees:
1st, 2nd, & 3rd Session based on 8 games $895 (under
7 & up) & $595 (under 6)
Registration Procedures:
- A $200 deposit is
required to register a team. By the 1st game of
the session, your team is required to submit the
following
- Full Payment of
team balance
* CASH
* "ONE CHECK" made payable to TOTAL SOCCER. No
individual player checks.
* VISA or MASTERCARD (One card for full payment
only)
- Typed roster
of no more than 18 players.
A roster form is available on our website at Team
Roster Form. Roster will not be accepted
without complete information. Code: Based
on last years Total Soccer Royal Oak Teams, circle
whether a player is N (new) or E (existing).
It is coaches' responsibility to have roster
on file by 1st game.
- A signed waiver
of Release of Liability (youth
only).
- 1st session teams will have the first
opportunity for the 2nd Session. Your $200 deposit
for 2nd Session is due November 19th. If your team
does not have a deposit down by the deadline, your
spot will not be guaranteed. If you need any information,
